I think Hopkins deserved the nod. He showed the cleaner punching, the more effective aggression and the better defense.

It was a close one so I'm less inclined to shout robbery than I was at, say, Dirrell - Froch but each time I'm rewatched it I had Hopkins ahead.

Watching the fight live i was convinced Hopkins won the fight but if you watch the fight again you will see Calzaghe clearly won the fight from an un-biased point of view
