Calzaghe will land hard shots to Hopkins body and be in no harms way when Hopkins tries to land body shots of his own. Calzaghe is way too quick for Hopkins.

Rocky Graziano had a bunch of losses before he got a title shot. Ditto LaMotta. There are countless fighters with lots of L's in their record who it would be inexcusable to call ****. Period. Educate yourself.

I missed the first fight, which was a draw, but most certainly saw the second one, and yes Mercado was ****. I looked up his record, because I didn't recall him ever fighting another live body, and I was right.

Honestly, you don't have to defend all of Bernard's opponents, even Ali and SRR fought some bums, that doesn't make them any less great.

You know, Chunk, it's not even "Calzaghe lovers", it's boxing fans who are able to recognize a great fighter posting facts and well-thought out opinions in order shut up haters who consistently post buckets of complete horse ****. It gets sickening. Their repetitive drivel (mostly learned from other short-sighted idiots) becomes tiring, and it's almost ****ing impossible to escape from, short of turning off your PC and doing the washing up instead.

I recognize a great fighter when i see one FRKO and Calzaghe is a great fighter, one the best of this era but i will always question his resume which in my opinion is weak. Maybe that Frank Warren's fault but that's a debate for another day.

I have my own views on Calzaghe, some of them seems to rub you up the wrong way(it's not just you) It doesn't mean am a ''Calzaghe hater'' which is the common response i get.
