You can wish Mayweather away all you want. The fact is, pound for pound best fighter is based on talent and abilty and no one in boxing has more. Any expert will tell that Floyd is the most talented fighter in all of boxing. Cotto doesn't have a name and I would agree with anyone on here that Cotto should be the next fight.
