So because Calzaghe swore at a press conference, he's lost the mind games and is going to get beat?

It must be **** being a Hopkins fan if this is the best that you can come up with, especially considering how wound up Hopkins got at a previous press conference for this fight, when he acted like a spoilt little brat.

Mozza, sorry but Taylor, Tarver and Wright are in another league skills wise. I dont know why people are so quick to dismiss taylor who fought summin like 3pound for pound fighters in 4/5 fights.

In regards to calzaghe, i think he'll fight scared just like he did against lacy, it may do him some good as well, i keep saying this but he was ****ting himself before the lacy fight, im not saying he is scared of hopkins, im saying he is scared to lose, which might help him be as alert as possible during the fight. However the problem is that bernard wants him to fight on instinct.

Taylor has no hunger, if he fought Kessler at super-middleweight he would get beat in a similar fashion to the first fight with Pavlik.

Wright's performance against Hopkins was one of his worst in years. He was way out his comfort zone both in terms of weight and the way he had to chase the fight. If he fought Kessler at super-middleweight he would lose.

Tarver is one of the most overrated fighters I have ever seen. He has built his reputation on a victory over a washed up Roy Jones. If he fought Kessler he too would be soundly beaten.

Calzaghe said 'Taylor doesn't even like fighting'

I'm not being bad but there is an element of truth to it. Pavlik should not be beating Taylor.

Taylor's hunger has been questioned a number of times and with some justification.

Skill for skill Kessler and Tarver arent even the same league, Kessler is a durable fighter who stand tall and fires the same jab right hand combination over and over again. Tarver is far more clever, he leans away from fighters to create an angle for the vicious left hand lead, tarvers weakness is stamina and fighting on the inside, which is most likely the weakness hop saw in him when he took the fight. Kessler is cut from a different cloth, he would try to fight from the outside in and tarver is far more skilled at that than he is. Look at tarvers pedigree, Olympic medalist, Knock jones out cold, was pound for pound and is a world champion yet again at 39.

Kessler beat a totally shot markus beyer and libero andrade, and lost 116-112 to calzaghe, there's nothing special going on there, plus SMW was a mediocre divison when he was champ in it.

Winky wright skills for skill is in another league to mikkel kessler, we shouldnt even be discussing that.

Jermaine Taylor fought summin like 3 p4p fighters in about 5/6 fights, calzaghe is about to fight a p4p fighter for the first time in about 10 years. Taylor has only lost to ONE fighter who had his number, when you look at speed, power, reflexes, and ablity to put together quality boxing combos you cant seriously give kessler the edge in any of those. Taylor would have toyed with beyer and destroyed him better than Kessler did.

I hope you are not saying Hopkins held his belts amongst a wealth of talent?

Come on when ya scared or even nervy it helps you to react!! When you stop feeling the fear then your in trouble...Hopkins must be thinking what have I got myself into! As there is only one way this fight is going. All this about Joe is gonna go mad dont be silly he knows how to make his man pay!! And it aint from being ******. So anyone who even thinks that Joe aint gonna be on form in this fight must be crazy..We might as well call Joe the punisher its more fitting
