Even Golden Boy wont give him another Pacquiao fight even if he begged. There's way too much money to be made from Pacquiao to waste it on someone already clearly bested twice. I believe however that he beat Marquez in their fight and would do so officially in a rematch.

marquez gets into eye pleasing fights of course but that's an exception rather than the rule. not my style of fighter.

some of his biggest fights were snoozers. didn't see the whole thing but that parts i saw of john-marquez wasn't very appealing. norwood-marquez was crap.
