Even if you're not a Margarito fan............

U have to respect the mans gangsta and warrior spirit. He doesnt just box you, he mugs u. He like Cotto, breaks u down mentally and physically. He has a chin of granite, and stamina of a jackrabbit. He doesnt mind taking your best in order for him to deliver his best.

In regards to his loss to Williams, i feel that Margo lost it more than Williams won it. If he would've taken the same approach to Williams that he took to Cintron, Margarito would've definitely came out victorious in that fight.

Fight fans will be getting a real treat when he and Cotto step in the ring in July!

I actually like Margarito a lot. Very impressed with him. He's hungry and it's obvious. I really would not mind if he beat Cotto and faced Floyd. I think he'd be a bigger challenge for Floyd than Cotto. JMO.

Unadulterated and un-biased plain and basic common sense. People not familiar with PBCS on the boxing scene should take a page out of this fine gentleman's notebook.

I like Margarito as well. He has very good size for a WW and will be a good match for Cotto. I still think Cotto is going to take home a victory, wether its a KO or not...

I don't see how you can not be a Margarito fan really.

One of those guys who won't be in boring fights.

Im a very big Cotto fan, but this fight can go either way. Both are very hungry and determined. I was at the fights on Saturday, and sitting 7 rows from the ring, u can just see the intensity in the eyes of Margarito. He has a very deep passion for the sport. He's not in it just for the money or fame. He genuinely wants to be considered the best WW in the world. He is going to be a VERY tough challenge for Cotto. Reason being? Margarito doesnt fold under pressure. He'll take your best shots, then come right back with his own. He took some very hard shots from Cintron on Saturday, then pleaded with him to get back up and fight when Cintron was knocked down. Now that's GANGSTA!

With this fight scheduled, i can honestly say that i can give 2 ****s about Floyd and his reluctance to fight either fighter. Us fans will be witnessing a REAL fight come July. At this point, i dont even consider Floyd a boxer anymore. He is merely a sideshow. This is exactly what boxing needs. 2 hungry/determined warriors that are in search of WW supremecy!

As a Californian I have a special appreciation for Margarito. I've been in numerous streetfights with our Mexican brothers out here, and I'm the sort to make a friend out of a situation like that if ever possible.. I respect a good foe. When I first got to know Margarito the fighter I thought; "..There's a big badass Mexican right there.." Even the smallest Mexican warriors are a ****ing handful in the Land of the Sun.. Margarito is dark alley nightmare.

                    You gotta love that.

There are 5'2 Mexicans that will **** your whole world up. Streetfighting is a different game. Having a good chin and relentless pressure is unstoppable on the streets. I don't want to ever hear that anyone anywhere else globally has to deal with anything like the Mexican dudes out here.. **** that!
