Miguel Cotto vs. Antonio Margarito

Even though Margarito has good heart and determination he's overmatched skill wise against Cotto. Cotto has enough will to survive Marge's barrage of shots and will be able to take advantage of his slow feet and wide shots. Margarito might be too tough to knock out so I see Cotto winning a UD.

Margarito's frame looks so open to an accurate body puncher like Cotto...this will only wear Margarito. Plus Antonio is too stationary for Cotto's jab. Again, I don't see how Cotto should lose this 1. He's good at adjusting his arsenal. I say Cotto by UD.

Cooto will run and box against Tony, he's not macho enough to man up against Antonio. In a true stand up punch for punch fight, the Mexican will out will the PR. It comes down to huevos, and while Cotoo is a proud, tough fighter, no one has more balls than Margarito. So, I think Miguel will box his way to a decision and deprive us true fight fans of an exciting all out war.

This is a tough call for me, I am a fan of both fighters.

If Cotto fights a smart fight and uses his strong jab and superior boxing skills he can win a UD over Margarito, but if Cotto gets all macho and decides to go toe to toe with Margarito he will get KO'd...I can't see Cotto's chin holding up in a slugfest war with Margarito.

Like I said, this is a tough decision for me, but I am slightly leaning towards Margarito by TKO in an upset.

Watched Marg vs Clottey again last nite and i realise JC is an excellent fighter but it made me that bit more confident about a Cotto win. Marg has a hell of a chin but he has been down before one of those shots coming from a body shot no less and we all know thats Cotto's department of excellence! Not sayin he will stop him but just something to think about, Tony aint ****in superman
