Just what I was going to post........ Floyd would run circles around Margarito, but there is always that excitment of Marg landing a good puch. I would want toe see this fight even though my logic says Floyd wins an easy UD.

thats not what im saying. floyd would be boxing more than he did against baldomir and that fight hurt floyd's marketability. when people start booing and walking out on a fight where you are being showcased, its going to affect you.

I haven't seen Margarito beat an opponent who can box and move well. It looked like Cintron tried to move but his legs looked like **** and his defense was laughable. hahahahah why are you guys posting these responses? the thread wasnt whether or not marg can win, i know he wont win, its that a win in the fashion floyd would execute wouldnt be attractive or even lucrative marketing wise.

it did damage his marketability. i dont know one casual fan who bought Hatton/Mayweather. Alot of NEW to the sport people bought De La Hoya/Mayweather. Remember, in the US, Mayweather/De La did 2.5 Million buys. Hatton/Mayweather did just 800,000. thats MORE than a significant drop. You live in McAllen right? Ask around. Ask people you see at clubs, at Buffalo Wild Wings, at whatever ****ing new club is open now because the owners just shut down, remodel and open up again ever 6 months, ask how many bought Mayweather/Hatton or even if they are interested.

of course but i believe Floyd would take more risk since Cotto is actually shorter than Floyd, has a "questionable" chin which is opposite of what Margo is.
