Judah lost 3 of his last 6 fights with 1 NC whereas Cintron became the IBF titlist by winning 5 in a row with 5 KO's until his streak came to an end when he ran into Margarito again.

i really dont understand why mayweathers 1 on everylist .............who on the list has he fought ??????? everyone els in teh top 5 is fitin eachother and he aint doin **** ...i say cottos owns welterweight ..by beating actual contenders and now hes fighting margarito !!!!!!!! cmon ..mayweather does not deserve 2 be called the champ

Floyd isn't fighting any 147 for the last 3 years.. He is having a rematch with a Shot Oscar... Mayweather not even worth mentioning at Welterweight and I Hope Golden BOY Stripped him the Ring Belt of not fighting any 147..
