Just going by the Kessler fight, what Calzaghe does when he gets hit-as he did by a few good uppercuts- is to adjust, really open up, and then take his opponent to pieces, mentally, physically and emotionally.

There's no reason to believe that it will be any different in this fight, and if Hopkins actually wins, without a TKO because of "cuts by butts", he deserves an accolade.

It's not officially part of the Queensberry rules and no fighter should be congratulated for bad sportsmanship. If you gotta fight dirty, obviously your skills are lacking somewhere.

Headbutts can KILL people. Remember that.

**** happens man, undoubtedly, but intentional butting is not cool. Just to be clear on what I'm saying.

                  Great post!

I hate Evander Holyfield for headbutting Tyson so much in their 2 fights, to get him stopped on cuts, for the reasons you gave above.

                    April 20th.

Calzaghe is still "overrated, only beat a 43 year old man who was way past his prime, would've lost if the fight happened if both were in their primes, Joe has still not beaten a good fighter since Hopkins is old and overrated, ***zaghe is ducking Pavlik and Jones." When Joe beats those guys they will also be "overrated and old, etc..."

That slap stuff won't **** with Bernard. Your not gonna get him on the ropes like Manfredo and get a early stoppage, Hopkins will move swiftly on that bull****, and counter with what I'ma start calling "The Ghost Rider." That "Ghost Rider" is that right hand lmao.

lol That' ****'s copywrighted too, by Mayan and Co.

But Seriously, If Hopkins doesn't fight too cautious, he'll take this fairly easily I think. Joe doesn't have anything to keep Hopkins at Bay. That's just based on the hope that Bernard doesn't get old overnight and get confused or flustered by those flurries. Joe's gonna have to be on his toes all night, and Hopkins shouldn't fight too cautious.
