        Isn't b-hop getting to old??

I know that he can brush off the workrate of Joe, but i doubt if he can keep up in the later rounds. what is your opinion?

According to hopkins every punch thrown leaves an opening, so in theory he can counter Calzaghe 100 times per round. Trouble is he only likes to throw five punches per round...

You make a good point. Hopkins conditioning is exceptional for his age, but if he wants to beat Calzaghe, he's going to have to take advantage of the openings Calzaghe leaves ALL NIGHT. I just dont think that he has the stamina to do that. He may pick up a couple of early rounds, but he'll knacker himself out doing it and Calzaghe will assume control the longer the fight goes on.

No of course not, 25 years of boxing and he's not learnt that one yet. You make it sound like its his first fight. B-hop has NOTHING to keep Joe at bay with, all this B-hop talk of Joe opening himself up by his high workrate, open up for what a slow weak counter that probably wont hit anyway; Calz is more accurate than people give him credit for and can punch from strange angles he will not come at b-hop in straight lines, letting him pick his counters, he knows that's Bernards only chance at scoring. Calz will dominate this fight outside and in.

I don't think Calzaghe will average 1000 punches a round in this fight.

I dont know how to call this fight, I dont want to reduce myself to saying Hopkins will win just because im American, most people here just make arguments for their hometown fighters instead of looking at it unbiasly, may the best man win.

I doubt that anyone has EVER thrown 1000 punches in a single round of any fight ever.

B-Hop can counter his way to a win if Joe C wants to try to swarm him. He'd be better off limiting his punch count and goin for accuracy wit his combos, but he thinks cuz Bernard is old the key is to just throw a ****load of punches. That **** might get him KO'd.
