Hatton is delusional if he thought he was in the first fight. When you get knocked out by a feather-fisted puncher, you should know that you don't belong in the same ring with him again...

I don't honestly think so, the majority of damage done to Mayweather was done by the ropes he rubbed against and slight fatigue from the occasional backpeddling.

De La Hoya would probably win but the ratings would be a lot bigger than a Mayweather vs Hatton II and the result will not be almost guaranteed like Mayweather vs Hatton II is.

He's so convinced of his "blame Cortez" bull**** he thinks he can actually take Floyd. He needs to quit bein a ***** and fight Witter at the weight class he belongs in and happens to be the champion of, he don't deserve a rematch with Floyd, and he'll get whomped again if he gets one.

But Hoya isn't hot stuff right now, 80+% of the people who buy his US PPV's are Hispanic.

The Mayweather loss may have taken more out of Hatton than you might have thought. I will watch his next two fights very closely. If he is actively pursuing a fight with Mayweather at welter again, would it not be better for Hatton to have his next two fights at welter so as to accustom to the weight?

Nigel Benn always said it took him years to grow into Supermiddle.

I'd give Hatton a share of a chance in his own back yard with a lenient ref IF Mayweather would be willing to drop down to light welter. Lets face it Ricky travelled to Floyd's back yard at Floyd's best weight with a biased ref.

That said Mayweather deserved the win. Only chance of a turnaround next time is if Mayweather suddenly gets old, like Ray Leonard did in the match with Norris.

And Benn only went up to super-middle to chase Eubank.

Maybe Hatton should campaign at welter if this is his plan... but no, he knows he'd probably lose pre-Mayweather II and just wants to get lucky with roughing Mayweather up, strength, body shots, and being a *****. ****.

So much for the "Man of the people" speech, We would now hear how he wanted "Revenge" and how the fight isnt about the "Payday" he would get by fighting PBF, Hatton and Mayweather arent so much different like he would try to make some people believe.

Welterweight is not PBF's best weight and it never will be.
