    I feel bad for Gomez

He wants to win so bad, i mean soooooooo bad. But sometimes one guy is just better than the other and thats that. Cotto is classes above him. If Gomez was fighting anyone else I would want him to win but he aint taking this one. Cotto is going to punish him. I just hope Gomez doesnt take the loss too hard.

Gomez doesnt really stand to lose much in this fight. If he loses, what will happen? He hasnt fought outside of ESPN yet so its not like he's gonna be losing any showtime or hbo slots. His fans will STILL love him because of how he conducts himself. It would just mean that his career will take longer to materialize the way he wants it to.

I am having the same upset feeling that i felt when Cambell spanked Diaz. Gomez will be the first natural welterweight that Cotto has fought so who knows how Cotto will deal with a guy thats stronger than him that could muscle him around. Many observes that i talked to who gave their analysis on the fight were not confident on a Cotto victory at all.

These guys are very accurate with their pick, yet they hesitated when they picked Cotto.

This guy also stated that he wouldn't be shocked at a Gomez upset and he is pretty accurate on his predictions as well.
