Why does De La Hoya mean more than Mosley (other than money value)? Mosley beat De La Hoya twice and was Mayweather's mandatory at the time. De La Hoya is old. He is far from his prime.

Best fighters? Mayweather has mapped out two fights, both rematches, against people he already beat, De La Hoya and Hatton.

How is anything clear that he can beat anyone at welterweight? He beat Sharmba Mitchell, Judah and Baldomir. Floyd's only welterweight fights. Cotto beat Mosley, stopped Quintana, stopped Judah, stopped Urkal. All at welterweight. Actually, Cotto has a much better resume at 140 than Mayweather. I'm still wondering why Ring still has him as the welterweight champ is he is not fighting WELTERWEIGHTS.

1.Mosley was not Floyd's mandatory he was interim champion who was stripped of that belt the moment he signed to face Cotto.

Just look at the posts, look at anytime someones says "Floyd who beat Judah who came off a loss" than say Judah is a great win for Cotto. Judah is a good win for both, end of.

To say he ducked Cotto is crazy. Mosley was the interim WBC champ because Floyd was at Jr.Middle. Then he fought Hatton and Mosley didn't do anything about it until Hatton and Floyd were negotiating. Good one Shane!

Besides even if Mayweather beat shane he would have beat "Another old fighter" and would have been "ducking" Hatton (Since Hatton called him out) or Cotto.
