Breland was 110-1, yes and that is a well documented one. And u know how I know its accurate? Because if there was anyone other than DARRYL ANTHONY who ever beat him they or their coach (or other coaches, officials, or someone who was there) would be all over it disu*****g the fact.
Thanks for the knowledge recognition, by the way

I loved when Donald Curry was fighting. He was sharp man, real sharp. Honeyghan got to 'em and the magic seemed to dissapear as it quickly does in the game.
With the amatuer records they dont mean a thing after you've turned open.
The only thing that records are good for is promotion with the pros The promoters like to keep their guys undefeated while they learn their trade against the walking dead. And the general public seems to believe that if you have 1 or 2 loses that your not worth watching. Look at the old time greats and how many loses they had, didnt mean that they couldnt fight.
Another thing with records. Just because a guy has a bad record does not mean that it will be an easy fight. You can never underestimate when entering a ring to throw down.............Rockin'

That chin was suspect, however. When you look at Curry and his amateur record, he probably reached him prime and blew his load before even turnning pro.
His rise as a pro was dramatic and he was amazing. He simply lost it overnight. He had great defence, and his punches were fast, accurate and hard. He had it all. If he would have turned pro a year or two earlier, he could have ended up on some all time great lists.
We'll never know now.Comment
