The referee should have let it go on, Machen was obviously still in the fight!

What is it with these Swedish hometown referees...

Seriously... I know the 3 knockdown rule was in effect but this stoppage ****** and robbed the fans of a great fight.
And what's with the referee allowing Benn to hit Barkley after Barkley had already gone down?

Yeh that's a crap stoppage, not a great advert for the 3 knockdown rule as a whole that one.

What part of the fight do you think that Steele should have stopped the fight(earlier)? And are you sure you are from Philly? You sure don't seem like it
Earlier in that last round Taylor about knocked himself out with a missed punch. The fight could have been stopped uncontroversially at that point (or even after eleven). Letting a man fight who was that drained and hurt was unnecessary.

That's funny man, Ruiz would've been eating through a straw if that fight had gone on. Many thanks to Tua for Ruiz's exciting style.

Ok, now that is what you call "hands off" referee work.

Not saying Manfredo would win but this was utter ****.

I forgot how lame of a stoppage that was. Manfredo wasn't going to win but those punches weren't even landing flush; they were all hitting his arms. Ultimately it's Manfredo's fault for not throwing any punches back.

You must be joking. Ruiz almost got decapitated by those shots.
