Cotto fought two household names that have done great in ppv buys. yet when they fight cotto they are just ok numbers and no where near floyd's numbers against a nobody(baldi). lol if floyd isnt a big draw how did that happen?????????????????????? Floyd has become a major draw!!!! if you cant see that then take your hater glasses off.
you seem to be implying that Floyd was the draw against Gatti? Gatti was the draw in that fight which is why they fought on his turf. Floyd destroyed him and that PPV momentum carried over to the Judah fight and then to the Baldo fight.

But Floyd ****ed up on the Baldo fight by fighting the way he did. The fans were booing him and were walking out of the fight. if you are seriously gonna sit there and say that people STILL would have kept buying his PPV fights after the Baldo fight regardless of how he fought, regardless of the fact that people were booing, regardless of the fact that people were leaving before the fight, then you are just plain delusional. Oscar bailed him out on that.

Answer me 1 question. If Floyd is such a "major draw" as u put it, then why does he feel the need to piggy back off of guys like Hatton and Oscar, in order to do BIG numbers? If he is a "major draw" then why claim that u are waiting for Cotto to build up his ppv audience. Surely it will be succesfull, since Floyd is such a "Major Draw".

Bringing up Cotto's ppv's is irrelevant to this thread. Cotto, nor his fans are claiming to be a Huge ppv draw. Floyd and his fanboys are.

Socrates would disagree if it's a rhetorical question that answers your own.

ha wow, you just admitted that Floyd A. Fought a fighter coming off of a humiliating fight, B. fought a "nobody" and C. was boring. things you never admit and even try to embellish in other threads. you did this just so that you could be right in this particular debate. wow.

I was implying that he didnt have an answer to my question, so his bail out was trying to answer it with a question of his own.

and you claim so much he "piggy backs of guys" but that is rediculous of you to say that. DLH nor hatton would have done the numbers they did without floyd. FLoyd was alot of the reason hatton and dlh both broke records. It was a fighter with a big draw (dlh, hatton) facing the best fighter in the world that made it what it was. without the best fighter in the world your left with just a big draw and good number not biggest draw ever with biggest paydays ever. AND WHAT MAKES YOU A COMPLETE IDIOT AND NOTHING MORE THEN A FLOYD HATER IS YOU SAY FLOYD PIGGY BACK HATTON FOR THOSE GREAT NUMBERS IT'S THE OPPOSITE WAY AROUND. BEFORE FLOYD HATTON HAD NEVER EVEN HEADLINED A PPV EVENT. HATTON NEVER BEEN ON PPV IN THE STATES. FLOYD GAVE HATTON HIS FIRST PPV!!!!! FLOYD GAVE HATTON HIS BIGGEST PAYDAY!!!! SO WHO PIGGY BACKED WHO??????? There is no doubt dlh is the biggest draw in history and probably currently. so currently out of the top names in boxing after dlh who is the second biggest draw????? please dont leave that answer un-answered.
