If Floyd was more quiet and made the same fight's he's makin now..Inteviewers and Announcers would dig into him more and question his choices even more. But since he's all loud an ****, lol these guys are scared of him.

Floyd Mayweather fighting at welterweight is a matter of skill- he's not large enough to stand and trade at the weight- which is what the casual fan loves to see. All boxing fans are going to watch Floyd fight whether he's a tree-hugging environmentalist or a woman-bashing misogynist. The only people who would maybe or maybe not watch a fight based on the pound for pound best in the sport's personality are casual fans.

Like I said, they want to see action- violence- knock outs. Floyd is not going to deliver that very much. His performances exude skill and demonstrate nuances most casual fans would miss. Even if he smiled and **** roses- meaning was the nicest guy in the world- most wouldn't enjoy his fights. That said, when Mayweather is an ******* people listen. They take note. They hate him for it. You know what that does? It makes people watch his fights to see him get knocked out. I've known more than a few guys who don't watch boxing who tune into a Mayweather fight to see if someone can shut his mouth.

Honestly I think his attitude has helped garner him more of an audience; not less. If he were nicer I think his fighting style wouldn't make people watch in and of itself, so he's putting asses in seats by being the guy people love to hate.
