use some plain and basic common sense will ya?

Oscar never landed a clean hook on Mayweather, which is his only good power punch. People think Cotto will land more clean shots, and he has power in both hands.

Oscar might have more one punch power with his Hookercut, but Cotto is more consistent, and he is an intelligent pressure fighter instead of a counter-puncher that tried to make himself into a pressure fighter. He also throws a consistent amount of punches each round and doesn't usually tire down the stretch of fights. There are plenty of other factors, like Cotto leads with a very good jab, which he uses consistently. Oscar had success against PBF with his jab when he elected to throw it against Floyd, and Floyd didn't really counter it, DLH just inexplicably didn't throw it enough. It's unlikely that Cotto will have that problem.

And we can go on different tangents with this, like, Oscar didn't hurt Floyd, but somehow Corley was able to buzz him, so Corley must be a harder puncher than Oscar. It's just a matter of getting hit with the right punch at the right time in some cases.

Cotto is ALL left. Shane was saying this AFTER the fight.

oscar was bigger than mayweather which is why i think his jab worked when he used it, Cotto is smaller than Floyd I believe, i think Floyd will box Cottos ears off. Maybe KOing him

cotto has beat better welterweights than margarito and floyd. so why can't he get a shot at floyd?
