Both these guys are nobodies over here, thats the point. All these guys can fight over seas from the states and do well, the point was that Miranda was giving Kessler a shot to make a name for himself in the states and Kessler backed out, and thats the only fight that wouldve made sense in the states for Kessler unless he can land Jones Jr or Taylor, which isnt going to happen soon.

Im not saying it shouldnt be made, they can fight, im just saying its a fight no one except their home countries will care about. I think Bernard Hopkins said it best, "And the Brit fighter has always been known for being exposed at the highest level"....that pretty much goes for all across the atlantic minus the heavyweights, so ya let them fight, but the best fighters fight in the states. Thats why Ricky Hatton tried to make it over here and now Joe will try, i guess others like Kessler are happy beating people no one cares about, even when they get offered a great oppertunity..Kessler has the tools to be a star, I think he could be a star over here, so hearing he backed out even though im not a huge fan was a disappointment, because it wouldve been a great fight for boxing.

The sad thing is they claim there boxing fans.

Miranda is bigger than Kessler, and Kessler couldve made his name off of him like Pavlik, but for whatever reason he doesnt want to fight him, most likely fear.
