Amir Khan or Chavez Jr. but tbf there really young and still developing.
amir khan is 21 with only 16 fights under his belt. in 2007 I think he fought like 7 times and only once against a guy with atleast 5 losses and their total records were about 130-10. He is far from protected. he might be the least protected prospect who is at this stage in their careers that I've ever seen.

Gomez is the first guy who I think is a lower level opponent for him.
Cotto fight feather fisted fighters. After torres he fought guys with no punch. Urkal, Paulie, Shane at 147, when he was best at 140. I'll give him Zab, but he was on a string of losses. And Quintana has no punch. Didnt finish Joel Julio, PW and his punches didnt do **** on Cotto.

I can understand you on that texanballer
Judah gives you a good fight. Mosley, even though past his prime, can beat some of the top 10 out there.

In the Ring mag top 10, he beat Collazo already. Mosley can beat Quintana and Cintron. Against Margarito and Williams, might be a close fight.

If he fights the Margarito-Cintron winner, will that satisfy you? If it doesn't then I'd like to know which big welterweight punchers Cotto is supposedly avoiding.
