HBO Poll: Cotto Punches Harder Than Pavlik

First of all the names on this poll are pretty offensive. If you don't fight on HBO apparently you don't qualify to be considered as the hardest puncher in Boxing.. Manny Pacquiao leads the poll by wide margin at almost 40% followed by Wladimir Klitschko at 20%, Miguel Cotto at just below 20%, Kelly Pavlik just above 10%, and Sam Peter just below 10%.. Interesting nominees, interesting results. (thus far)

I bet Jim Lampley and Emannuel Stewart are the only ones allowed to vote.

LMAO at the poll results, I look at the HBO message thing before and the majority of them are just CASUAL fans...of course they will vote for Pacquiao Reminds me of MMA polls where Chuck Liddell was voted more devestating puncher then Tyson.

But I think Wlad should be number 1.

I cant believe people dont realise that Pacquiao doesn't really punch hard, its his SPEED. He is too quick, and when you get hit by quick punches that you dont see coming...well figure it out

Its Casual Fans who don't know much about boxing aside from who HBO,ESPN, and there local paper hypes. They have no clue how to analyze a knockdown either, wlad has some real dangerous power, pacman hits you with punches similar to zab judah they have a similar style both southpaws and both knock you down with speed more then power.

Cintron has more one punch KO power, but Cotto has knocked out the better opposition and his body shots are devastating.
