Cobrita I dont have a problem with Andy Lee. Its just that a lot of posters were comparing him with the likes of Arthur Abraham and Kelly Pavlik when he was still to young and inexperienced. He needs to build up to fight these boxers not fight 16 bums and call out for Pavlik.

Lee's trainer is a uh.. Well.. Let's not go there..

Andy could try moving his head a little in the future though.

        That might help..

Lee will definitely be back. Lee showed he has the tools to be a top ranked MW, unfortunately he fought with a biased or bought referee last night.

Lee is only 23 and has plenty of time to work on the weaknesses he showed last night. Mainly inside fighting and tying up.

A biased referee would've stopped that fight 5-6 punches earlier. Let's not go there with conspiracy theories when there are enough legitimate black eyes to tend to.

Lee is still learning how to be a pro fighter. He had never previously been asked to go at such a pace for as long as he had to. Getting hit didn't help him much either. He was too ****y going in and was expecting an easy night, probably influenced by what Jaidon Codrington was able to do to Vera.

This is the difference between a guy who has been in tough fights and one who hadn't, and the more grizzled fighter getting the fight he wanted.

American judges are biased against non-American fighters, regardless of where their ancestors are from.

An honest referee would have stopped the fight after the knock down in the first round or after the numerous power shots that Lee landed the next several rounds. Vera gets knocked down and hurt, but is giving a chance to continue. Lee was hit with a couple of shots and the referee stops the fight after Lee lands a solid shot back... That's a totally biased referee.
