Cotto clearly has the bigger fanbase. Cotto is right there with Trinidad in popularity in Puerto Rico. Puerto Ricans love boxing, so just about every person on that island knows who Cotto is and follows his career. We're talking a good 2-3 million people who are Cotto fans.

In the UK, there are only a handful of people who give a **** about boxing. I would be surprised if Hatton had more than a million fans. Add to that that Hatton has no fans in the US and Cotto has many, many fans in America and it's clear who the real draw is.

Since PPV revenue is what actually puts major amounts of money in a fighter's pocket, I voted for the fighter who had the better prospect of generating that kind of cash through PPV.

I voted Cotto.

Live event though, no contest for Hatton.

Bigger moneymaker however? Cotto.
