I personally cannot stand the way the WBC uses "super", especially at 140 lbs. "Super Lightweight" suggests that your inability to take your liquor has reached heroic proportions.

Manny an all-time great? Let's let him retire before we start making such proclamations, eh?

Seriously, I really need a education on what makes a fighter an all time great. I mean Paq has litterally been blessed with the privlage to fight nothing but what appears before hand, to be "low risk bouts," wich is evident in his choice of opponents. It's like Paq was takin on anyone before the first Marquez fight, but after that first Marquez fight, he's been takin care off and carefully handled like, like......like a national treasure lol. I don't remember, but was Paq vs Solis PPV? lol I have a feeling it was...

Anyways, I know youre gonna say "Typical hater" or whatever the **** the word of the month is for anyone who points out some other ****...But Manny an all time great cause some skinny ass dudes with a pencil call him a Assassin cause he got past two tender old guys (one who still manged to beat him once) and every fight after that has been 'delicately picked' for him? lol Really? I mean the fact no one ever called for a Paq vs Guzman fight at 130 is beyond shocking. lol Paq just straight took some low risk bouts and jetted outta the division and still kept his hype lmao. I mean he's fleeing to a division that has even less talent then 130, and no one finds that odd? lol Seriously? Someone please let me know somthin that I might be missin.

lol Even the fighter in the sig above me, Ricky Hatton, it's like once the Mayweather fight was signed and ready to happen, it became a "legitimate bout." Like what happen with Collazo was completely forgoten. They let Mayweather off the hook completely, but I mean...I guess they were right for that. I mean Margarito (who is actually a tough fighter, who would never be KOed in the embarrasing fashion that Hatton was by Mayweather lol) vs Mayweather is not worth the lead in a pencil or the ink in a pen to write about or a fight worth being pressed for. lol But Hatton, that guy is a phenom, lol He uh, he had a chance against Mayweather. I mean if I could, I'd watch Mayweather vs Hatton fights for the rest of my life...Cause Hatton can pull it off. Theres only one of him, Ricky Hatton, only one. That fight only happened thanks to the brilliant people pushin those pencils and all the people who followed..

lol **** outta here, lol I'ma end the sarcasm right here...[/end sarcasm]

I gotta make a more definitive thread about this..Cause I got questions..

Depends how you rate ATGs. i think theres only 20 and its an exclusive club. HOF definately but ATG?

Not yet. I can think of 20 fighters in history better

Aside from a rematch Mayweather - De La Hoya the Hatton fight was the biggest of the year. It was a legitimate bout for a number of reason, principle among these being that Hatton was the Man at 140 lbs and Floyd didn't fight him there, but he did fight the Man at 130, 135 and 147 as well as the best at 154. But second was the sheer size worldwide of the fight. Margarito getting outpointed by Paul Williams just wasn't on that level.

One of those tender old guys offered a fight to your beloved JMM 1st before pacquiao but JMM ducked him. The other tender old guy would have beaten your beloved JMM had the knockdown which was proven to have been caused by a punch not been ruled a slip but Pac destroyed him twice. The first time being in his prime when he was thought of by many as unbeateable by anyone else in that division after his trilogy with the other tender old guy. So i fail to see where your logic is calling him tender and old but JMM's victory over him a legitimate world title victory. Every achievement Pac has accomplished in the last 4 years JMM had every opportunity to accomplish first. Had it been so can you tell us honestly that you would not be starting threads calling JMM an all time great and singing his praises to end?? If u can honestly say no then please provide me with logical reasons why you would not consider Pac an all time great but had JMM achieved the same achievements you would consider him so. Otherwise consider yourself officially a nuthugger.

Pac is an all time great being the being the best Linear champ at 126 and 130.. Guzman brings no money to the table so as what everyone is saying boxing doesn't make sense if the money is low.. You forgot that Pac fought Morales,Barrera and Marquez 7 times that includes rematches and trilogies... It's not like Pac has fought them once.. Yes lastly he's not as skillful as other runners and boring fighters.. But that what makes him special in the eyes of the people and his very large fan base because he fights toe to toe, giving the fans excitement and paying their money's worth not boring ****ing matches where you will hear boss.. 5-1-1 against 3 HOF ATG of Mexico is not bad..

And Lastly you are a JMM Nuthugger and how do you consider him an all time great? His resume is not even comparable to Pac...

This Maya_Sun guy wants Pac to fight Guzman, wherein he doesn't want Marquez to fight Guzman? Seriously Marquez got his Ass beaten twice already thanks to the judges who made a mistake in the scoring and was knock to the canvas 4 times already..

If he want Guzman to fight Pac, Guzman needs to beat Marquez first to get a shot at Pac.. Maya_Sun is like a ****ing idiot saying Marquez will take it easy and Pacquiao will fight Guzman? What the **** you are just an official nuthugger who looks like an ugly duckling with **** up ugly face.
