              I think if Cotto beats a top PRIME welterweight then he will have earned a shot. He beat Judah and Mosley which shows skill, but he needs to beat Cintron or Margarito this year, Whoever wins that littl etournement has earned a shot. they are all established and the guy who wins will have beat a top 10 welter. So Floyd has no excuse then imo

                    Not at all, Cotto has had two good wins against two top ten rated welterweights which could easily qualify him. Cintron hasn;t lost since Margarito so he is also a viable option. What i was saying is that the last man standing this year should be Garunteed a fight with Floyd as they will have beat 1 or 2 top ten rated,, prime welterweight. Floyd has to fight this guy.
