pac will never be the same fighter after this fight!

i considered myself to be a huge pac and marquez fan, i also watched the fight at home on my 61` Samsung on PPVHD! i had 115-112 JMM over Pacman
This is what I've been trying to figure out...everyone, from the commentators to the press row scorers, said Pac needed the last two rounds and he simply lost them...period.

Man, I feel so sorry for Marquez. This was his time to shine and beat Pacquiao clearly I thought. It was no robbery but it was a clear victory. The really pathetic thing I thought was Pacquiao completely refusing a rematch after it.

Marquez fought with a badly cut head butted eye, which in the Morales fight Pacquiao had a fit about and said thats the reason he lost, and still won and yet Pacquiao refuses him a rematch?!?!? Isn't Pacquiao meant to be boxings ultimate warrior? Willing to fight anyone, anytime?

oh shut up! why would there be another rematch? it'll end up the same way. it was no robbery. a robbery is when marquez beat barrera.

if he won then you can't use the "he's past his prime" excuse to go with barrera and morales' losses.

I agree. You can't call this a robbery however because the fight was close. Still, I thought Marquez should've retained his title. He outboxed Pacquiao for huge portions of the bout, worked the body mercilessly until Pac was on fumes, and finished the stronger fighter.

I didn't score the fight but I do know that there is no way Pacquiao won round 12 (or round 11 for that matter) and if Judge Duane Ford scored that round for him, I must question the rest of his scorecard. It's easy to say well, even if he gave Marquez the twelfth, he still had him losing." Yeah, but if he could give Manny that round then he probably gave him some others he didn't deserve.

Either way, there should be a rematch, although I doubt we see that happen. Pacquiao's going to go on victory parade with some soft touches in his next few bouts. For Marquez, who knows.
