im surprised why pacquiao do that because he didnt do that on any other fight...and almost all boxing fight ive seen who gone to decision fighters wait till the last score and verdict is announced before congratulating each other...

I know some of you would not admit it but most of you were basing that JMM won because on how the HBO commentators are stating that was a JMM round. With the compubox also, it is not a perfect tool, it is inaccurate. Sometimes it is close on its numbers.

Pacquiao, while not a defesive master, did a descent defense. He was blocking JMM's punches, a good example was the 11th round. The commenators also said that when JMM landed a good punch, it actually was block, hitting the gloves.

Remember their first fight, it was declared a draw. So, when he heard the first 2 judges, he thought it might be a draw on the 3rd judge.

I also thought it was going to be a draw because normally Michael Buffer would say "Ladies and Gentlemen, after 12 rounds of boxing, we have a split decision." if it were a split decision but this time he just read the scores followed by the fighters' name which normally meant a draw.
