Manny won because he landed more punches per round. Isn't that how fights are scored? Who ever lands the most punches per round usually wins the fight right? It's not won by Marquez looking amazing in the last round and thats about it.

what? you must have missed them 2nd round, the round Marquez was landing combinations at will(the one where Pacquiao was hurt by a left hook to the body) and the other 3 clear rounds for Marquez after the 5th round then...

Does anyone have the final compubox numbers??? No way did manny win, marquez has never had a break in his career. He controlled much more of the fight hit pac man with so many straight rights and lefts to the body.

i think compubox had marquez throwing more punches, more power punches and landing just a bit more. The only real difference ended up being the knockdown.

marquez shots weren't landing it was all pacquiao who brought the action. knocked marquez down and had him swirling twice. all marquez did was wait for a counter punch. stfu. u guys are bitches for making this excuses

Lets have it yall. It was a close fight, and great to watch, but even if I gave Pacquiao the two close rounds it was still 114-113 for Marquez. I really dont see how Pacquiao won, a good deal of the rounds were very easy to score!

I had pac winning by a point. Without the knockdown in the 3rd it could've gone either way.

You could land 1000 punches in the first two rounds....but if you lose the next 10 rounds - it doesn't matter how much you landed. It's who won the most rounds. Pac won the most rounds.

Pac was hurt - once. Marquez was doing the chicken dance. Pac = clear winner.
