Only way it's fought in UK is if Hatton takes a drastically lower percentage of total purse to entice PBF to do it in the UK then PBF will fight there otherwise its in the US.

While Mayweather does occasionally hold, it isn't his primary weapon like Victim # 39's

#39 actually needed the holding in order to win the fight, there was no Plan B and it showed. A highlight reel ko loss on his resume by a fighter who has Plan B and C if necessary.
