Fighters do not get to pick the Ref, they are assigned by the state athletic commission.

I cant see why this fight does not happen in the U.K...

It must be the biggest earning fight out there right now..

There is a very simple reason why it would not be fought in the UK.......less money in the UK. He would get more money fighting Mayweather in the US. 55k seats or 100k seats there is more money for Hatton in the US.

The few moments Cortez did give them of good inside action, Floyd was doing more than just "holding his own". In many instances, he won a lot of the inside exchanges, and actually beating Hatton on the inside as well.

What makes you think that would've changed, if Cortez allowed more of that. Well, aside from eat about 50 less right hands.

Just face it, Hatton is simply not on Floyd's level.
