Floyd will fight DLH one more time and that's it. I can say Floyd is scared of Cotto but I really don't know that for a fact, and I am yet to see Floyd rattled in the ring. However, he did say that he wouldn't let boxing retire him when Larry asked him about fighting Cotto.

Maybe Floyd feels that he's slowed down a little now and maybe he doesn't want to go 12 tough round with fighter. I don't care either way.

Cotto can fight Margarito, Cintron, Clottey, Berto. There are too many exciting match-ups for Cotto out there.

It's funny when facts slap you in the face.
You think Hatton is better than Cotto?

To make things worse, Hopkins is way past his prime and still fighting the best. Mayweather is in his prime and ducking the best. Fighting Cotto is not the same as Hopkins fighting Dawson. Cotto is an established star, whether Mayweather wants to acknowledge him or not.
Says the guy with "Joke Calzaghe" in his avatar. I've never seen such a glarring contradiction in 1 post before. Good job.

SIN, you were considered a troll when you were considered the biggest Floyd fan on this site, and you're just as pathetic as his biggest hater on this site now.

It's obvious you'll say anything, and switch opinions just to garner attention.

I see right through you. It's that easy.

If the Hatton vs Mayweather fight was held in England the end result could've been very different. That being said Hatton is not on Cotto's level.

You understand when they Fought Floyd was number #2 in the division at the time.... and after he beat him he became number 1

Calzaghe is overrated trash, but everyone has him in the P4P though don't they? Just like Hatton was overrated trash in the P4P. So Hopkins is fighting 3 P4P fighters in a row while Floyd just fought one for the first time in ages. Where's the contradiction?

And Genero Hernandez was a bonafide PPV superstar? Are you ****ing ******?

Despite being the champ (a great one at that), and aside from his fight with Oscar Hernandez wasn't more than an ESPN FNF fighter, either.

So why doesn't Cotto, the current #1 contender, deserve a shot? He's way more accomplished than Mayweather was going into the Hernandez fight. Hell, Cotto is more accomplished at welterweight right now than Mayweather.

Who gives a **** about the money? Both guys are going to get paid well. Just like Hernandez and Mayweather got paid well for their fight considering their positions in the sport at the time. It's not like Cotto is a FNF fighter right now. He's already a proven draw on HBO and PPV. Put both of them in the ring with ****ty opponents and they both do the same numbers.
