The UFC gets a big crowd because they have made the Weigh in an event every single time out, Its a great marketing thing for them and their brand.

But there has never been a bigger weigh in then Delahoya vs Trinidad.

The pbf-hatton weigh-in was special because of Hopkins-Calzaghe confortation and the unique atmosphere created the hyped up singing british hatton fans. The ufc weigh-ins are always attended by a ton of fans even when the event is a city that is not considered a big fight city. If the ufc held their weigh-ins on saturday instead of friday as required by the state athletic commisions, I think the arena would be almost full.
