Everyone who knows boxing will admit PBF is and might be the best fighter in the last 10yrs, but as a true WW he is no champ. He has not fought a true WW and never will. Oscar does not count (he aint **** these days) 2002 to early 2003 where his best days and he knows it.

I think Oscar beats all the WWs (besides Floyd) right now with Cotto maybe being his hardest test. But I think he beats Cotto too especially if he catches him early with that left hook that Cotto is open for all day.
