You must have Oscar confused with Mayweather.Comment

It takes two to do the dance.
Keep in mind that he tried to stop Winky from getting his first big fight with Mosley after Mosley was up 2-0 on Oscar.
This isn't a first-time occurence.
Floyd is also blocking great matchups with his money-hungry habits though.
Like I said, it does take two to do the dance, and both are guilty as **** in this one.Comment

You two might be right...
I thought he was offered and then said that boxing wasn't about money, but about fighting the best...
But that would definitely make sense if he wasn't offered at least an even split why he didn't take the third fight.
Even so, that is all the more proof that he is one greedy ****. Trying to get more than half the pot after going 0-2 against Mosley. Ridiculous.Comment

#1 Can you blame oscar for wanting big fights he doesnt deserve? Isnt this what margarito and all hungry fighters are accused of when they call out the top guys?It takes two to do the dance.

#2 Reality says that the series was 1-1, with both fights being VERY close.Comment

Even if Oscar wants the big fights that he doesn't deserve, it is not good for the sport for him to be cutting in line because of the money he brings.
Just like I can't blame Floyd for wanting the biggest payday against Oscar, but it is hurting the sport too.
I agree with #2, but Mosley at least deserved half if the judges said he got both.Comment

I see oscar in the same position as any multiple loss down-on-his-luck fighter. Oscar is quite literally looking to fight THE BEST. This is the same scenario as Mayweather fighting Judah over Margarito even though Judah was coming off a loss. Are you going to blame Judah for taking the fight even though he was cutting in front of the #1 contender like Oscar is?Even if Oscar wants the big fights that he doesn't deserve, it is not good for the sport for him to be cutting in line because of the money he brings.

Idk, I guess it bugs me because Oscar is a repeat offender.I see oscar in the same position as any multiple loss down-on-his-luck fighter. Oscar is quite literally looking to fight THE BEST. Judah shouldn't have taken the fight, but moreso, Mayweather shouldn't have taken the fight.
But with Oscar... it just seems unfair because he has the bargaining chip of money. It literally lets him pass other fighters who have gotten where they are by achieving great things. I think that is why I am harder on Oscar for this.Comment
