What, p4p ranking? If he beats Gomez and some of the top guys lose, he might slip in. If he beats Margarito/Cintron after that he's top 5 without a doubt.

And I think ESPN has him 6th anyway.

But what Cotto IS... is the number 2 Welter weight according to the RING MAGAZINE...
Floyd is the Number 1.. They should be fighting.. that's the normal M.O.
