The question is, will it be able to compete audience wise? People who tune in to MMA, want nothing more than an action packed brawl. The casual fan doesnt want to sit through a 12 round technical/defensive style boxing match. It will bore them to bits.

well thats why you have to pick exciting fights to put on network TV, and upcoming superstars like Kelly Pavlik.

And for the more boring fights you dont even need a prime time slot.

YOu just gotta advertise these things right and the first show ALWAYS does great ratings. Now if the people like what they see, they will return, if they dont, then they wont return.
