Having a fan base don't mean ****, PPV fella!!!

Cotto's stock needs to rise more before this fight happens because at the minute there's no money in this fight to get Floyd's attention. He would make more money in the wwe doing a fake fight then he would fighting Cotto right now. End of.

You are starting to look like one of the margarito fans. If you can't see floyds talent level and his rightfull place as the p4p king, you are letting you hate cloud your vision. I can't stand floyd outside the ring, but you have to give him credit for what he does inside it.

Cotto has a decent shot at beating floyd, but its not going to be easy, not by a long shot. Do you think cotto hits harder than Oscar? Do you think he is faster? One thing I like about Cotto is that he consistently rose to the occasion and found a way to win, I hope he is able to do that agains Floyd.
Ofcurse he hits harder than DLH. and if you happen to see Cotto-Mosley he is pretty fast and accurate to. Why you think oscar didn't fought Cotto? because, he is faster than Cotto? because, he is stronger or hits harder than Cotto? I dont think so.

So all Mayweather is doing is weighing the options out, and finding the most advantageous and lucrative option for him. It makes sense guys: fight Cotto in a competitive bout I may/may not lose for less than 12 mill or act in Wrestlemania for 20 mill. Cmon guys, its really a no brainer. Just my 2 cents. I know boxing.
Are you a boxing fan or floyds financial advisor. As a fan you should want to see the best fights out there, not try to justify the fights not happening by figuring out what the reasons behind them (no matter if its you favorite fighter or not). Floyd is an entertainer, he provides a service to us and get paid very well for it. I don't think it is unreasonable for us to ask him to give us our moneys worth, after all the money he keeps talking about all the time comes out of mine and your pockets.
would you except this from another service you pay for? would you say why should a mercedes put chrome wheels on the car, since i still would have bought it because i like how it drives. Or any other service for that matter, would you still say y should they not cut corners af a product you are paying for if they could get away with it. Don't you think floyd has some obligations to the sport and the fans who got him where he is?

Oh cmmon, your not seriously saying Oscar is scarred of Cotto r u? What does he have to loose? This is the guy who fought Hopkins and Tito, both of whom are much stronger than Cotto. And i doubt Cotto his harder than Oscar, and I'm sure his is not faster or as fast as him neither.

In a small way, I view what Floyd is doing to what The Rock did when he left the WWE to persue a acting career in holywood. Rock paid his dues in the WWE and made a smart business decision to go after the bigger money in hollywood and work less for it. Floyd paid his dues and now he is cashing in. Because we all know what happens to REAL FIGHERS in this country. You know, fighters like SRL and Joe Louis.

If the fight was at Yankee stadium it would sell out because Cotto was fighting Mayweather, Cotto couldn't sell out Yankee stadium off his own name.

Look men! I'm ot saying Oscar is afraid, he's just not ******. In his prime of curse Oscar would't fought Cotto. But now? Oscar isn't as fast as he was and he is not stronger than Miguel, plus Oscar always get tire in the last 4 ronuds of the fights.Cotto is almost at his peak, and in a fight with oscar he probably beat the **** out of Oscar, and probaby hurt him pretty serious.Thats why I said that. But if Oscar were on his Prime was a different thing.

but floyds claims to be the best. i don't think the rock wanted to be the best wrestler ever. so does floyd want to be famous? or does he want to be the best boxer ever?
