the only real big problem that annoys me with wlad ( besides just the sultan fight) is when he doesnt jump in with counter shots when his opponent misses with a shot and is off balance. I was literally screaming at the tv when he kept letting peter off the hook. he had so many opportunites to take peter out in that fight when peter would miss with a wild shot. I hope manny is trying to get it into his head to counter more in those situations
Wlad Doesn't Know How To Fight, And Has No Killer Instinct.

I agree i didnt mind wlad till i came on here, to keep hearing how great he is and what great charity work he does annoyes me.look, i agree he is an exciting heavyweight, u can't judge him by 1 fight.
I just bash him, because some of his fans on here really give me the ****s.
i really hate it when they over rate their fighter so much, you start to hate the fighter himself, because of his fans.Comment

i hear ya man. but, i imagine this won't be a problem next fight. he seemed to just make sure he won the belt.
he had no trouble jumping on austin or brock when they were hurt for example. he might've gave sultan too much respect. there may be certain reasons for this that we don't know of. also, he did know that sulty was waiting for that right to come.Comment

Someone talented is behind these words. ^ Damn. The problem is that Steward gives him these tactics to hold, to slap the opponents jab away with his forearm, dont get unbalanced etc. but Wlad follows those instructions without adding anything to them, he doesnt have the instinct to fight so those tactics become all that he does and when the opening appears he is tentative to take it, he is too intelligent to box, he thinks too much rather than having an instinct, a feel, a rhythm. He lacks imagination so robotically performs without soul, unable to use any iniative.Comment
