Yeah that should worry the yanks much more. A couple of thousand dole bludgers from Pontypridd or some other godforsaken hellhole north of the M4 descending on Las Vegas will be a sight not seen since Barnum's died a death. I think its safe to say that the majority of Brits in Vegas for Hatton v Mayweather were football fans and casual sports fans. As a British fight fan i was embarrased that these fat, beer guzzling ******s were our representatives. Calzaghe has less of a yob following than Hatton yet i expect a similar kind of behaviour from the Brit crowd on april 19th.

The crowd in Vegas will have a large swath of Brits as well as Americans rooting for Calzaghe. As a war veteran, the booing of our anthem was all that was needed to make me root very hard for Mayweather, who I respect but don't care much for. I'm aware that in British culture they boo the anthems of other countries at soccer games(Dont know the extent of it). That being said, any Brits lucky enough to go to the fight please show class and remain silent during the anthem. Most Americans found it offensive. ALL Americans that have served this country through the armed forces found it offensive.

Im less worried about the brits booing the yanks piece if **** anthem than I am of them playing the right one for Calzaghe. He's welsh, not english, if they play God Save the ****ing Whore I wont be booing the American anthem, it will still be on mute so I dont have to listen to them disrespecting Joes heritage. If they do play Land Of Our Fathers, the look on the yanks faces will be fooking hilarious though. I can imagine it now "WTF, when did Europe change their anthem?" Idiots.
