Keep winning and keep calling Floyd out. **** this fight is going to be HUGE with at least 3 belts on the line when they mix it up.Comment

Hatton was going to face Gatti if he came out victorious. Floyd had a choice to fight Marg when he first got to 147 but wouldn't it be smart to get acclimated to the weight by fighting a sort of tune up bout? If Marg kept on winning you could make a case but..........uhhhhhh...........he didn't. Oh yeh for the record Arum didn't have the 8 mil to pay for Floyd facing Marg, unless he literally took that **** out of his own pockets.Correction: Floyd went after Spinks and Shane. Shane turned him down, and a fight with Spinks would be a horrible stylistic matchup, so that got shut down fairly quick. He then waited out the winner of Baldomir/Gatti. What would Floyd have done if Gatti would've won? ... and please dont tell me that he would've rematched Gatti.Comment

That still doesnt answer my question. Who would Floyd have fought if Gatti would've beaten Baldomir? Remember, Floyd already had a set ppv date. Shane said no, and the thought of him fighting Spinks quickly went down the drain. Margarito was the ONLY fighter willing to face him. The powers that be would've NEVER let Gatti rematch Floyd. Depends on who was available at the time. One thing I know for sure Floyd straight up lucked out when Baldo knocked Gatti out. That still doesnt answer my question.
