very true, but Sakio Bika was able to give Calzaghe problems and he is not even half the fighter Hopkins is, Joe has never been in the ring with some even close to as good as Hopkins which he will find out fast. The minds of Roach, Richardson, John David Jackson and Bernard Hopkins will come up with a game plan and Bernard is one of the best at executing game plans taking away what the other fighter does best. I just cant see Bernard losing, will it be ugly?, probably so, with a couple of effective headbutts but thats just the type of fighter Hopkins is and it works.

calzaghe was playin with bika for the first half of the fight and didn't get serious till he got cut.joe could play around and still win easy.

Difference is Hopkins was beating MUCH SMALLER MEN ALL HIS CAREER.
His defining fights are against 2 men who fought best at 147lbs.
Calzaghe was a natural SMW who has grown into a LHW.
He didn't start at LHW did he?
And he hasn't lost yet either...unlike B-Hype who has lost to the best he faced ...who funnily enough were not natural 147lbers.

bernard is naturally a light heavyweight so he was not really jumping weight he was finally fighting someone his size.yeah calzaghe fought manfredo but manfredo is a super middleweight not a welter weight comin up
