Id have to put Hop #2 though without a doubt, and i think he will win, quite easily actually
    40k says Calzaghe wins.

Roy Jones is finished and was fighting at 175.
Tito was best at 147 and who did he beat at 160?
Tarver was never that good either and had been playing at Film star without any real interest in boxing at the time of his fight with Borehard.

          Remember that.
PLEASE DON'T try to tell me Oscar or Tito were ever legit Middleweights.
And PLEASE don't try to tell me Tarver was tip top condition either.
Calzaghe still has to prove he can beat someone like a Bernard Hopkins. Middleweight or not, Oscar & Tito were quality fighters who have a track record far exceeding anyone Calzaghe has ever fought.

As far as Tarver, He was just outclassed. I wouldn't go as far as saying his conditioning wasn't on point. If you can go 12 rounds in boxing period with someone like Bernard Hopkins, conditioning isn't the excuse.

I personally think you are right, but it could be argued either way and nobody would be wrong.
Calzaghe & Hopkins both walk around at the same weight my friend.
And Hopkins started his career at Light Heavy.
Don't let his boiling down to 160 fool you into thinking he has grown into 175.
Borehard has made a career of beating little men and mediocre men at 160.
The true world class operators he met his own size ....he lost to them.

very true, but Sakio Bika was able to give Calzaghe problems and he is not even half the fighter Hopkins is, Joe has never been in the ring with some even close to as good as Hopkins which he will find out fast. The minds of Roach, Richardson, John David Jackson and Bernard Hopkins will come up with a game plan and Bernard is one of the best at executing game plans taking away what the other fighter does best. I just cant see Bernard losing, will it be ugly?, probably so, with a couple of effective headbutts but thats just the type of fighter Hopkins is and it works.

Funny thing is Calzaghe can play dirty too when need be.
Just as good as Borehard and a lot faster and more productively.

haha then we will see right? That reminded me of Grahm talking about Floyd wouldnt be able to last on the mean streets of Manchester and that he would get stripped naked blah blah blah, and we all saw what happend to his fighter.

Sakio Bika also throws more punches then Hopkins from odd angles.
