Pavlik got caught on the temple and that will make anyone's legs go to jelly, have you ever been caught with a flush temple shot ?? thats one of the worst places to be hit, and even after that Pavlik dropped his hands trying to act that he wasn't hurt, it was a major error but it was a learning experience, Pavlik survived the onslaught well he was caught with 42 power shots, not many fighters would have survived that. And how can you say Pavlik's style is poor ?? he has very good technique he sets everything up with the jab and his punches go straight down the pipe which is perfect technique he just needs to work on his defense.

NO he does not have very good technique, in fact his technique is AWFUL. He is slow, sloppy and generally a pretty ugly boxer.

Why do you have to bring race into it ?? its nothing to do with race he has good technique he sets everything up with the jab and his punches go right down the middle which is good technique. Im not trying to make out his is one of the best technical fighters, but he has a solid technique and yes he does have flaws but who doesn't ?? and if he is nothing then why is he the Middleweight champion of the world ?? and why is he considered the number 1 man in the division ??Comment

Pavlik was exposed on Saturday as fighter who has problems with guys who can box descent! So Jones would have a easier fight with Pavlik!
But if Roy goes to the ropes and calls it DEFENSE! Pavlik will administer that right hand sleepin pill prescribed by Jack Lowe!Comment

Watch Roy vs Glen Johnson or hell, even Roy vs Anthony Hanshaw.
Roy has a chance against the inactive Taylor but he doesn't have the ability to fight 3 minutes every round and that's what Pavlik would make him do.
Jones lays on the ropes a lot and that would get him knocked out cold against Pavlik who does his best work when his opponent is facing the ropes.
Roy doesn't have the legs or the reflexes anymore, he has adjusted his style, uses a high guard and doesn't throw a lot to save his energy but it simply won't work against someone like Pavlik.

Jones spanks Pavlik if u ask me, Kelly has very good power tho over rated by most! A good chin but not GREAT and Very good stamina and a Great heart BUT is pretty slow, completely predictible and has nothing but a 1-2! I like em as a dude and as a fighter but Roy would lash him with quick powerful counters over the top of that jab. Jones wins.
Taylor? I just cant picture how this fight would play out yet not put much thought in2 it but i think Roy is smart enough and has the speed to get a ud.Comment
