Tell me why Steward is so regarded as a trainer?

Steward is on demand because he just is. But of course he's not for everyone, such as Taylor. There is a lot of good trainers out there and their not as known as Steward. He did a good job with Kermit Cintron who had limited amateur experience and turned him into a pretty good boxer, I think a guy like Paul Williams would suit well with Stewart because he seems to do well with boxers with limited amateur experience.
