I think Calzaghe would stop Pavlik in the later rounds

I don't think Pavlik stands a chance based on the way Taylor outboxed his ass last night

Cant see Pavlik landing many clean shots on Joe, hes just to fast for him

I voted decision for calzaghe, but it could easily be by TKO IMO

This would be a closer fight than people think, I pick Calzaghe UD, but there's a big chance Pavlik would land one of those devestating uppercuts on him and possible KO Joe.

I picked Calzaghe by KO, I saw Taylor hurt Pavlik in their first fight and I reckon Calzaghe can dish out more punishment than Taylor and would have the experience to finish him off. I have Calzaghe winning either way.

I think Pavlik has the power to put Zag down. No doubts. But keeping him down is another matter (his chin seems to have been hewn from a quarry). The way he's reacted to touching down in the past makes you wonder whether going for KO is a good idea...

always a possiblity but thats just a punchers chance and Pavliks not really recognised for his big uppercuts. His straight right hands however are something to be feared.
It wouldn't be a close fight AND Calzaghe has GREAT recovery powers. Remember when he fought Byron Mitchell? He was hit with a MASSIVE shot and it took him just 3 seconds for him to recover and Mitchell could ****. Not as well as Pavlik but he was still a notable puncher.
If you watch Calzaghe (which you obv do looking at your sig) he responds as if he were just offended when he is hit.

Yea, this fight would most likely end in a convincing UD for Calzaghe, but I mentioned the uppercuts, because Calzaghe always goes with his head down and a little crouched, and there were some times in the Kessler fight in the beginning were Kessler really hurt him with those uppercuts. I also saw Pavlik hit Taylor quite a few times flush with uppercuts, that's why I was saying, they would be a key factor in this fight IMO.
