Montiel Dominated Castillo -- What did you guys think?

Montiel and Mijares are two of the best fighters from Mexico right now, It would be a great fight and I would definitely want to see it.

Montiel vs Donaire is what i want to see! I want donaire to actually fight some one good :]

Montiel isnt that good, its just Castillo that made him look good because he wasnt the same fighter he once was... sad cuz hes actually a very skilled fella

I know Montiel looked good last night, but I don't think he would KO Mijares. Mijares is a hell of a boxer and would give Montiel trouble all night.

Navarro threw over 1200 punches. Landed somewhere around 185. With that many punches thrown he was bound to land some. As you could see after the fight Mijares face was a little bruised while Navarro's face was a bloody mess just like Arce's was when he fough Mijares.

That is true....But I think Montiel will have a lil bit more behind those punches that navarro had. And as for arces face its always a bloody mess. Theres only one way to find out I guess we'll have to wait and see.

lol montiel has such bad habits...he is quick and powerful but that doesnt mean he is a good boxer...he is gifted athletically, but he is gonna get crushed by a good boxer like mijares or a good boxer-puncher like donaire...and i think anyone who can take punishment to dish it out will give him problems as well....

I love the way your passing off your Assumption's as facts.

Montiel does have bad habits like sometimes he drops his hands and pulls straight back, but I don't see how you can say he's not a good boxer. Then you talk about him getting "Crushed" when the reality is that has never happend.

Montiel is one of the most natrually gifted Boxers Ive seen, guy has some of the best feints in the whole game of boxing. That feight jab to the body then comming back with a hook to the Jaw that dropped castillo in the first round was a thing of beauty.

Mijares might beat him, but Mijares is also a very good boxer. Seems like your just not a fan of the guy, can't see how a boxing fan can say he is "****" after watching plenty of his fights.
