I think chageav and sultan would both beat norton and young. the pre mayweather sultan that went toe to toe would have had problems with norton but the sultan of today would have just been too quick and mobile for norton to get to

I agree with most of the posts here. Ellis is too small for today's heavyweight division, same goes to Quarry. Shavers would always have a puncher's chance but not much more. Lyle, Young could be titleholders, and Norton would definitely be a force to be reckoned with in today's division.

He got to Ali just fine. In their second fight Ali was sticking and moving for the whole fight and Norton still managed to catch him, Norton would beat Ibragimov quite easily IMO, same with Chagaev.

scuse me, Sultan Ibragimov? he was getting hit by a 6 million year old Holyfield, and youre telling me that Ken Norton couldnt get him? Norton was at his very best against boxers.

I love how Chagev loses to everyone, the man has a punch and a beard and can counterpunch. he has grabbed wins over the hard and ugly fighters, when the only person to look good against Valuev is Chagaev, Ruiz was Tua (Oh how lovely that was) and no one has looked good against Skelton, in fact Skelton hasn't looked that good himself. Norton would be a handful for today's heavies, as would the power of Shavers, but his chin would fail him too. As for Wlad, listen people his is not the most unbeatable heavyweight ever, there are people out there now that can/have beat him and there are a few fighters in the past that would've beaten him as well. No doubt Wlad is the best heavyweight out there today, but there is always someone who can take them.

Chagaev had a tough fight against Ruiz. He won, but Ruiz won quite a few rounds, and gave Chagaev a tough time. sorry, but thats a bad sign. Ill give Ruiz credit...hes been around a long time, and has good wins. but heres the thing...when youre the type of fighter that loses to an old Golota and heavy James Toney, it usually is not a good thing.
and Skelton is just bad. nothing more to it. that was just a poor performance

do yall really think this guy

would be beaten by this guy...

                    honestly...?
and these guys aint too damn bad either. how would they do?

Chris Byrd was also 'too small' yet he in his prime at HW he would beat most fatso's out there right now.
It's not about size. It's about skills. When will people learn this.
