I'd be calling Out collazo, Clottey, Cintron, Margarito establish myself in the lower Top half of the division then go for a rematch with Cotto again

I would fight one fight where I could win and look impressive, not some tomato can, but somebody who will fight, but not be too much trouble. After that I would go after a fight with one of the big names in the division. Then go after somebody like a Zab Judah or Shane Mosely next.

He can always use the P.Will approach. Call out Mayweather, Cotto, Pavlik etc and offer them 100K for the fight and then say they backed out of negotiations. Thus the new most feared man in boxing is born.

Carlos Quintana is on a collision course with WBO #1 Contender Antonio Margarito. That one is inevidable, unless Bob Arum decides to let Margarito fight Kermit Cintron, since Cintron desperately wants to redeem his lone loss to Margarito back in 2004.

I'd rather Quintana fight Cintron or Margarito, or even Luis Collazo since he's fresh off a win this year. Cotto would break all these dudes down.

That's actually a pretty damn good idea. It would make the Mayweather fight even that much bigger, with Oscar also bringing a belt to the table. Oscar should do it, but most likely won't. I understand he wants a low risk fight, but if he can't beat Quintana he doesn't need to be fighting the pound for pound best. I think he beats him Quintana.

LOL. That tactic has been used for years. Promoters still get plenty of mileage out of it.

He could defend against a few tomato cans like Cintron is doing, while waiting for another big payday.
