The information is coming from Mayorga himself, who may be telling the truth or simply hyping himself in position for a fight with Cotto. [details]
No surprises here. Mayorga, Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, Judah, ect., are all in a jumble. Nothing seems to be set.

Mayorga gots no fans, he doesnt bring ****, Vargas vs Mosley also did good, all cause of Vargas, he has a huge fan base.. The comeback fight for Vargas in 05 also did good in ticket sales..
The local morons were in Vargas backyard, so you know he has the fanbase(chants). I didnt hear it at the fight tho. Mayorga has been invovled in MILLIONS of PPV buys. Mayorga Vs Vargas did better numbers than Mosley vs Vargas.

that was before Mayorga was demolished by De La Hoya and Trinidad, and was much younger. He may not be the same now

Well, I hope Cotto-Mayorga doesn't happen next and I don't see why Quintana has to face a guy who just lost to a guy he beat. Why not Cintron-Quintana.

Cotto has better things to do than get in the ring with Mayorga. Cotto would destroy Mayorga and whats taking so long for Forrest v Mayorga 3 to happen. I know Forrest isn't looking the best but he would get passed Mayorga also. Mayorga was allways gona beat Vargas but he just got lucky them years ago, then got done by Spinks.

Margarito vs Quintana sounds so f@#$in good...

Then have Cotto square off against Williams after Gomez. Winners face off against eachother. lol Thats a grip of great fights.
